Caredex includes double-dose protection that alerts you if a dose was already logged for the same time window. Combined with confirmation prompts, this helps prevent accidental duplicate doses.
Yes. You can invite up to 3 family caregivers with role-based access (owner, primary, secondary, read-only). Data syncs across devices via iCloud, and Face ID protects access to admin functions.
Caredex generates a handoff summary from recent activity — completed tasks, skipped items, things needing attention, and recent changes. Add your own notes, then share it with the next caregiver via text, email, or AirDrop.
Yes. Export a structured care summary as a PDF with active medications, dose history, appointments, and timeline events filtered by date range. Share it directly from the app for clinical review.
Yes. Caredex is offline-first. All features work without an internet connection. Data syncs via iCloud when connectivity is available.
All data stays on your devices and in your private iCloud. There are no third-party analytics, no ads, and no data leaves the device for AI processing. On-device OCR for prescription label scanning and AI-assisted summaries use Apple's on-device models only.
