Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Caredex mobile application ("App") operated by Caredex ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using Caredex, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Caredex is an iOS application designed to help families coordinate daily care for a loved one. The App provides tools for managing medications, appointments, daily routines, caregiver handoffs, and care timelines. Caredex is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Caredex is a care coordination tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
Medication reminders, dose tracking, and other features are organizational aids. You are responsible for verifying all medication information, dosages, and schedules with your healthcare provider.
All care data entered into the App is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your care data. For details on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.
The App allows you to invite up to 3 caregivers with role-based access. As the account owner, you are responsible for managing caregiver access and ensuring that invited users are authorized to view and interact with the care data.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, interface design, and code — are the exclusive property of Caredex and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Caredex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from reliance on medication reminders, dose tracking, or other care coordination features.
Caredex may offer subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
